Centrophenoxine is a combination of pCPA (parachlorphenoxyacetic acid) and DMAE. The addition of blood-brain barrier-crossing pCPA ingredient makes Centrophenoxine bioavavailable than DMAE alone.
Despite have a slight difference in chemistry from choline, DMAE is still considered a cholinergic. As such, it increases choline levels in the brain. Choline, also known as acetylcholine, is linked to memory and learning.
