Sarcosine Dosage and Frequency
The recommended dosage for body weight is 30mg per kg, which is between 2 and 3 grams for most individuals. The dosage label recommends the average of 1.5 grams.
There doesn’t seem to be a reliable source on the exact half-life of sarcosine. Its half-life is also dose dependent. Sarcosine’s metabolites, glycine and D-serine, each have a maximum half-life of 4 hours and 16 hours respectively. Keep dosage frequencies between 1 and 2 times daily.
Sarcosine’s effectiveness varies between individuals. Some people experience a noticeable cognitive impact while others experience no benefits.
