BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) are composed of three of the essential amino acids. This powder includes leucine, isoleucine, and valine. BCAAs are often used before workouts to promote muscle growth, decrease muscle fatigue, and decrease muscle soreness.
Powder Dosage and Instructions
Take 1500mg (½ tsp) of BCAA powder once daily prior to workouts as needed.
