Powder Dosage and Instructions
Take 500 mg of Berberine 2 to 3 times daily. Taking more than 500 mg at once may cause a temporary upset stomach.
Berberine is one of the worst tasting supplements.
Consider mixing the powder with a juice and using sweeteners like stevia and taste masking ingredients such as malic acid. Malic acid’s or citrulline malate’s sour flavor masks the bitterness of berberine.
