Powder Dosage and Instructions
As a dietary supplement, take 1/2 scoop (1 gram – 1.5 grams) of powder with water or your favorite beverage, 1-2 times daily or as directed by your physician. For maximum benefit, take up to 3 grams (3000mg) per day. When using powder, mix for 15 to 20 seconds using a shaker cup or mix thoroughly with a spoon. May not mix very easily.
