What is N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine (NALT)?
NALT is the acetylated version of L-Tyrosine, and amino acid which is used as a cognitive and mood supplement. This acetylation increases the bioavailability, which is why N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine is preferred of L-Tyrosine. NALT is common in preworkout supplements such as C4.
Capsule Dosage and Instructions
Take one 350mg capsule of N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine up to two times daily as needed, usually 15 to 45 minutes before working out.

N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine stacks well with caffeine and goes well with most preworkout supplement ingredients such as beta alanine and citrulline malate 2:1. It also pairs well with many nootropic stacks.
