Niacin is one of eight B vitamins. It supports cardiovascular, cognitive, and skin health.
Powder Dosage and Instructions
As a dietary supplement, take 1/4 scoop (one to two grams) two to three times daily. The maximum recommended dose is 6 grams daily. Dissolve in water or juice. Niacin should be started at low doses and increased slowly over several weeks. To avoid stomach upset, niacin should be taken with meals.
