Bacopa Stacks and Synergies

Since bacosides are fat soluble, you can take fish oil capsules to boost absorption. If you don’t have fish oils on hand, then most dietary fat sources will do.

Green tea, specifically EGCG from green tea extract, goes well with bacopa for reasons described here.

Bacopa Monierri Extract Dosage

Take one 300mg capsule daily, preferably with a meal. This adaptogen takes time to work to its fullest extent. If you do not see benefits from bacopa immediately, try it for 8 to 12 weeks. You should start to see benefits within the first 6 weeks.

Side Effects

Taking bacopa without food may cause an upset stomach. Bacopa may cause some tiredness due to its adaptogen effects. If you notice this, try reducing your dosage or take this supplement with a stimulant like caffeine.
