What is Alpha-GPC?

Alpha-GPC is a form of choline. Choline is found naturally in foods such as eggs, red meat, beans, fish, and others.

This form of choline is most potent by weight. Only about 46% of alpha-GPC is required to achieve the same choline dosage by weight as CDP Choline.

Alpha-GPC Benefits

The primary cognitive benefit of supplementation is increased choline levels in the brain and body. Alpha-GPC is a precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter which plays an important role in cognitive function.

Powder Dosage and Instructions

Take 300 mg to 600 mg of alpha-GPC daily as needed, preferably with a meal for absorption.

As a workout supplement, take 60 to 90 minutes prior to exercise.

Common Stacks and Synergies

Alpha-GPC stacks well with uridine, and fish oils, specifically DHA. Some avid user prefer taking alpha-GPC with citicoline to get the benefits of both cognitive choline supplements.
