Less than 18.5: Underweight
18.5 to 24.9: Normal weight
25 to 29.9: Overweight

A BMI less than 20 is considered to be a low for most people. This may indicate being underweight. A BMI of 20-25 is considered to be normal. A BMI of over 25 is considered to be high for most people. This may indicate being overweight or obese.
